In a satiety study that involved study subjects consuming 240 calories worth of 38 different food products, boiled potatoes achieved the highest score (323), followed by a cod-like fish (225) and oatmeal (209). (White bread was the baseline – 100.) The lowest scores were recorded for doughnuts (68), cake (65), and croissants (47).
