Food and Health Facts will resume publication on February 17
Annual per capita consumption of cheese in the United States increased from 14.2 pounds in 1975 to 38.3 pounds in 2019 (according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture), making cheese one of the top sources of saturated fat in the U.S. diet.
