A study by Harvard professors that tracked the dietary habits of more than 120,000 American men and women for 20 years showed that the foods most strongly associated with weight loss were yogurt, nuts, and fruits. The foods most strongly associated with weight gain were French fries, potato chips, and sugar-sweetened beverages.
